Thank you for your interest in signing up for the Vigilant Ladies Club! We meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at BattleFit 720 Training Center.

Please fill out the following registration form to join the VLC. We will be maxing our membership to 10 ladies to begin with. Your membership fee of $40 will automatically renew on the first of each month going forward. (to reserve your spot, a charge will be applied today and will be counted toward your first month membership)  If you are starting in the middle of the month, we will prorate your first month for you. You may cancel anytime with a minimum 7 day notice by emailing Melissa at  contact@battlefit720.com. Thank you! We look forward to training with you! Please answer the following to the best of your knowledge. Previous firearm training, or owning your own firearm is NOT required to join our Club. 

By signing below, I agree to have BattleFit 720, Inc. charge my card $40 each month on the 1st for a recurring membership fee for being a member of the VLC (Vigilant Ladies Club). I understand I can cancel at any time with a 7 day written (email) notice.
