Register below for our Young Women's Safely Independent class with Instructor Dave Kiest at BattleFit 720 Training. This class will be held at 72 Stonehill Rd. Unit F Oswego IL. Further details pertaining to the class will be emailed approximately one week prior to your class date.
Class Details:
If your young daughter is going into high school, away to college or starting life as a young adult leaving home, then this course is for them! Sign them up to learn how they can become safely independent as they move on to the next chapter in their life, once they leave the nest.
In this course we cover:
- Situational awareness
- Reacting in a critical incident- schools/public venues/home
- Straight on assault vs. stalker/harassment
- Bullying
- Distractions- cell/phones/books/friends/personal attitude and how these set can you up to be a victim
- Mindset- Flipping the switch from victim to survivor
- Autonomic nervous system (fight or flight) and how this affects your response
- Training for the worst case scenario- Hands on self defense training
- Mentally preparing and physically preparing.
- Learn to utilize multiple less than lethal weapons (we will be conducting hands on training with multiple less than lethal weapons in this class.
Cost of this 4 hour course is $60 (minimum of 5 participants)
